Update 1:
Journey Automation

With Journey Automation, HubSpot introduces a new way of working: where marketers previously worked with a jumble of separate workflows - for emails, lead nurturing, retention and upsell - this update brings everything together in one central environment. This transition to a visual, integrated customer journey has a major impact on the way marketing teams work and get results.

From fragmented processes to one streamlined journey
Journey Automation allows marketers to automate and optimize an entire marketing experience, from new contact to lead to evangelist, all within one view.

The Journey Builder and smart recommendations make it easier to build complex campaigns and improve your results.

How it works.
Go to Marketing in the navigation and click on Journeys. You'll find there:

  • Map out your Journey: map out your customer's entire path, from start to finish, within one view.
  • Journey Analytics: easily visualize the flow of contacts and identify bottlenecks.
  • Journey Drafts: optimize your journey without disrupting the live experience.
  • Permissions: set detailed permissions for your marketing team.

Key points of interest
Journey Automation allows you to build all marketing strategies in one tool, from lead generation to customer engagement. It provides real-time metrics and detailed reporting to continually optimize your strategy.

Availability
This update is available in Public Beta for Marketing Enterprise users.

Update 2:
Remix Multiple Pieces of Content

Combine more content for better results
With the new feature for remixing multiple pieces of content, you can now start with multiple content items at once. This gives the AI more material to work with, which can improve the quality of the final content you create.

How does it work
First, select the piece of content you want to start with and then click on the EXPAND icon in the top right corner of the content area.

There you can add more content to your remix by clicking Add Content.

You can select up to 6 pieces of content per remix.

Helpful tips:
Add related content to give the AI more context and insight into your goals. For example, if you have multiple pieces that cover different aspects of a topic (such as two blog posts, a PDF and a podcast), add them to give the AI a broader understanding of your vision, goals and value propositions. You can also add documents such as strategy plans, marketing briefings and character descriptions to help the AI better understand your unique value proposition.

Key points of interest
This feature allows the AI to effectively merge multiple pieces of content, which makes for better, more unique remixes. By providing more input, the AI can better understand your goals and create higher-quality content.

This update is live for Professional Customer Platform, Enterprise Customer Platform, Content Pro and Content Enterprise users.

Update 3:
Sales Workspace Updates.

Work more efficiently with tasks and deals
Two new updates in Sales Workspace provide a more streamlined work experience for sales teams. The integration of task management and the improved deals sidebar help you work faster and stay better organized.

How it works.
Tasks in the Sales Workspace
  • Search, sort and organize your tasks without translating the context
  • Use the new Tasks tab within your sales workspace, with familiar search, sort and filter tools.
  • Create personalized views by saving your favorite filters for quick access via the sidebar.
  • Switch between list and board views with one click for the view that works best for you
  • Select multiple tasks at once and execute them through the guided execution queue, making your work faster and more efficient.
Enhanced Deals Sidebar Experience
  • Open the new deals sidebar by clicking on a deal and get essential deal information in a clear two-column layout.
  • Left column: fixed maps with Guided Actions & Deal Insights highlighting risks and next steps.
  • Right column: customizable CRM cards showing deal information.
  • View deal activity timeline and makes it easier for admin teams to configure custom team views.

Key points of interest
Task management within the sales workspace helps sales reps stay focused without distractions from other apps. The deals sidebar provides a clear way to quickly view important deal information and see risks and next steps at a glance, without unnecessary scrolling or navigation.

Both updates are available to Sales Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise users.

Update 4:
Brand Identity

Consistent brand communication with AI
With the new Brand Identity feature, key features of your brand such as tone, style, mission and competitive insights are automatically extracted from your existing content. This context is used to drive AI-generated content so that your brand remains consistent even as you scale.

How it works.

  • Automatic integration: if you have generative AI tools enabled, brand identity is automatically applied to your AI-generated content for blogs, landing pages, case studies and Copilot (more concenttypes coming soon)
  • Settings: make sure your domain is entered correctly via Settings > Brand Identity and enter the required information via Settings > Data Sources to get the best results.

  • This update helps maintain unified brand communication to keep your brand consistent across all channels.
  • AI-generated content takes into account the unique characteristics of your brand, allowing you to create content that stays true to your brand identity faster and more efficiently.

This update is available to Professional Customer Platform, Enterprise Customer Platform, Content Pro, Content Enterprise, Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro, and Service Enterprise users.

Update 5:
Contact email logging rules.

Automatically log email communications.
Contact email logging rules allow administrators to automatically log all email communications between users and existing contacts in HubSpot, so important messages are not lost.

How it works.
Navigate to Settings > Objects > Activities > Email Logging & Tracking to configure the settings. The default setting is "Log replies only," but you can select "Log all emails" to automatically log emails between users and contacts. This applies to emails sent to contacts from email clients or mobile apps. Emails from contacts to users are also logged. Emails to recipients who are not contacts should be logged via Sales Extensions or the BCC address.

Key points of interest
  • Email Assignment: emails are assigned to users based on who sent the email or who is linked to it.
  • This feature prevents missing key emails, such as when you forget to log an email or don't use the BCC address.

Availability
This feature is available for all HubSpot hubs and levels.

New OpenAI app for HubSpot

Bring your OpenAI accounts to HubSpot for smart automation
The OpenAI app for HubSpot allows businesses and developers to integrate their own OpenAI accounts within HubSpot's powerful automation system. This provides complete control over AI-driven workflows, so you can use your OpenAI account when and where you need it. You can integrate OpenAI projects into your workflows and manage costs within your account.

How it works.
Install the OpenAI app from the marketplace and enter your OpenAI Project-specific API key to access your OpenAI project. Within workflows, find the OpenAI app in the action panel, where you can select actions such as Ask OpenAI or Ask OpenAI Assistant. After entering a prompt, the OpenAI output is generated, which you can then use in follow-up actions within the workflow. You can customize advanced API settings, such as response effort and temperature, to fine-tune the output to your needs.

Key Points of Interest
This app provides flexible integration of your OpenAI account within HubSpot to enhance AI-driven automation, content generation and decision making. It allows you to use your OpenAI projects directly in your workflows, without switching between different platforms. This ensures a seamless experience and maximum control over your AI actions within HubSpot.

The OpenAI app is available in Public Beta for Marketing Enterprise, Ops Enterprise, Sales Enterprise and Service Enterprise users.
