Making mistakes is human, but in a CRM environment, the consequences can be dire. HubSpot has rolled out a key updates that give HubSpot Admins and Marketing Managers more peace of mind: the ability to instantly revert workflows to a previous version and advanced filters for restoring deleted contacts.
In the past, analyzing social media performance often felt like sifting through complex and disjointed data. HubSpot has completely revamped the Social Analyze Tab to help marketers demonstrate the value of their efforts faster.
Why this matters
Instead of building your own reports, you now get instant access to ready-to-use dashboards that focus on the four pillars of social success: brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and content optimization. This makes it easier to prove how social media is actually contributing to the sales pipeline.
Here's how it works
The revamped Analyze Tab within the Social tool offers four new categories of reports:
Important limitation: Historical data in this new view is available from July 1, 2025 (or the date your account is linked). For older data, you can temporarily switch back to the old view.

Sales and marketing teams often lose time switching between external recording tools, downloading files and then uploading them back into HubSpot. With the new Video capture feature, this process is now fully integrated.
Why this is important
Lowering the barrier to video creation makes it easier to deploy video throughout the buyer journey. Think personalized sales videos for prospects, quick product demos or instructional videos for customer onboarding. Because everything stays within HubSpot, it's safer for sensitive company information and saves storage space on local devices.
Here's how it works
You'll find the record function under Content -> Video. Via the 'Add videos' button you choose 'Record video'. In addition, the tool is directly accessible from the video picker when you post content on website pages or social media.

Content Hub Professional and Enterprise.
For Customer Success teams, speed is essential. Constantly switching between summary pages and individual record pages to find context creates unnecessary wasted time and a fragmented workflow.
Why this matters
The default side panels in HubSpot often didn't provide the specific information a CS professional needed at the time. With the introduction of a persistent and fully customizable sidebar, you now have all relevant customer context and action buttons right at your fingertips in the Customer Success Workspace. This significantly reduces the need to click through to record pages.
Here's how it works
In the Customers, Services or Revenue tabs within the CS Workspace, click on the name of an object in the table. This opens the expanded preview on the right.

Service Hub Professional and Service Hub Enterprise.
In addition to the new recovery features, HubSpot has also fundamentally improved the way we build lists and segments. No more guessing why a list stays "empty" or how many people you can actually email.
Instant insight into your reach: 'Emailable Contacts' in Segments
It's a familiar frustration: you build a great segment of 1,000 contacts, but when sending your campaign, it turns out you can only reach 600.
So what's new? You can now see directly within the segmentation tool how many contacts in your segment are actually emailable. In the 'Performance' tab or via the 'Use in' button, you can see not only the number, but also the percentage of the list you can reach. Why this makes a difference. HubSpot looks directly at critical factors such as:
This allows you to see immediately if your segmentation is effective before you even begin your email design.
Granular Filter Insights: see the impact of each step
Before, building complex segments with "AND/OR" logic often felt like a black box. You added filters, saved the list and hoped the result was correct.
What's new? With Granular Filter Insights, you get real-time feedback as you build. Once you turn on the "Test Matches" feature, you'll see by filter step:
The benefit for the marketer: No more waiting for a list to be processed to see if your logic is working. You immediately see where you miss the mark or where your segment gets too narrow. This saves time and prevents mistakes in your targeting.

TikTok has become an indispensable channel for brand awareness and reaching new audiences. To streamline the workflow of social media managers, HubSpot has now launched a full integration with TikTok.
Why this is important
Instead of manually uploading videos through the TikTok app, you now manage your organic TikTok strategy in the same place as your other social channels. This ensures a unified content calendar and allows you to directly compare TikTok's performance with channels like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Here's how it works
Once you link your TikTok account to HubSpot, you'll have access to three core features:

Navigating between different objects in HubSpot (for example, from a Contact to a Deal) takes time. Every click is an interruption to your workflow. With the introduction of the Inline Association Table, HubSpot brings that context directly to your overview page.
Why this matters
Previously, you had to open a specific record to see what was happening on associated objects. Questions like "Which of these contacts have a deal closing next month?" or "Which company in this list has open support tickets?" required manual clicks or complex filters.
This update eliminates that search-and-click fatigue. You get cross-object insights right where you're already working: the index page. This speeds decision-making and increases the operational speed of sales and service teams.
Here's how it works
On every CRM index page (e.g., the Contacts or Companies view), you now see a small arrow (caret) next to the record name.

Finding that one specific clip in an hours-long video repository used to be a time-consuming task. You were dependent on titles or transcripts, leaving purely visual moments untraceable.
Why this matters
Marketers often waste hours manually searching through raw footage or webinar recordings. With Visual Search, you can now simply describe what can be seen in images (for example, "person with red hat" or "graph on screen"). This makes reusing existing content (repurposing) many times faster and avoids having to re-record images you actually already have.
Here's how it works
To use this, the "Files data" setting must be on in your AI settings.

Content Hub Professional and Enterprise.
Tracking recurring customer meetings or internal progress meetings in the CRM used to be a manual challenge. HubSpot often synced only the first appointment in a series, leaving the rest of the dates in your calendar and not appearing in your CRM timeline.
Why this is important
By automatically syncing recurring appointments, you always have a complete picture of interactions with a customer or prospect. You can now prepare for each consultation from the CRM, take notes and record follow-ups, without having to log manually. This ensures accurate reporting and better collaboration within teams.
Here's how it works
Once your calendar is linked (via Settings > General > Calendar), HubSpot automatically recognizes recurring series.
Important for existing appointments:
Only new series are automatically synchronized. Want to get an existing series into HubSpot? Then edit one appointment in your calendar and choose "update all appointments. This triggers the one-time synchronization to HubSpot.

Until now, for companies managing multiple brands from a single HubSpot portal, it was a challenge to implement the right brand identity in the payment process. With the integration of Brand Kits into Commerce Hub, you now ensure a consistent customer experience from marketing to payment.
Why this is important
Nothing is more confusing for a customer than receiving an invoice or payment link with a logo or color scheme that doesn't match the brand they just made a purchase from. By assigning specific brands to transactions, you avoid ambiguity, increase trust and exude professionalism throughout the buyer journey.
Here's how it works
When you create an invoice, payment link or subscription, you can now select a specific brand from your Brands add-on.
Availability
Commerce Hub Professional/Enterprise in combination with Marketing Hub Enterprise and the Brands add-on.
