HubSpot is once again making a big improvement to the CRM Index pages. With Flexible CRM Views, you now control how your data is displayed, tailored to your preferences and way of working.
Whether you like compact tables or prefer more white space, you can arrange everything with a few clicks using the new table display settings. This way you can easily set things like data density, pagination and visual styling - all directly visible and personally saved for your account.
New ways to view your data

Conditional highlighting and AI-driven column insights allow you to see trends, bottlenecks and opportunities at a glance. So you work faster, smarter and with more overview.

Availability
Flexible CRM Views will be rolled out on November 5, 2025 and will be available to all hubs and tiers. The new features such as Data Insights and Conditional Highlighting are available from Starter and above.

The Breeze Marketplace makes AI more accessible than ever. You can instantly deploy AI agents that learn from your data, optimize processes and improve results all within the same HubSpot experience.
Availability
The Breeze Marketplace is available to all hubs and tiers, including users with Breeze Intelligence Credits Small, Medium or Large.
The Test a Record feature within Health Scoring greatly improved. With this update, you get a much clearer view of how scores are calculated, from line to group level. This makes it easier to build accurate and reliable scores for contacts, companies and deals.
Previously, Test a Record only showed how many points were awarded per line and what the total score was. That made it difficult to understand exactly how the final score was created. Now the feature also shows how many events or contacts meet the rules, how many points are awarded per group, as well as how group limits affect the total score.
This is how it works
Green text (with green box) indicates that a rule was met, while red text (with red box) indicates that a rule was not met. In addition, you can now see when a score was last reset (for engagement scores).
Why this is important
This update makes it a lot easier to understand why a particular score comes about. By understanding the full calculation, you can better tune your rules and build scores that truly reflect customer health. Also, the Test a Record button is now directly visible at the top right of the screen no more hidden menus.

The updated Test a Record feature is available to Service Professional and Service Enterprise users.
HubSpot is further expanding the capabilities of Data Sync. Starting now, you can sync not only standard and custom objects, but also four new objects from the Object Library: Projects, Courses, Listings and Services.
Why this is important
Data Sync is the way to automatically keep data in sync between HubSpot and other tools. With more than 100 Data Sync apps in the HubSpot Marketplace, you automate data exchange, eliminate manual work, and ensure consistent data across all your systems. Customizable field links, filters and real-time updates keep your information always up-to-date.
With this update, activatable objects are now also supported, allowing you to seamlessly sync project or course data, for example, between HubSpot and your other platforms.

Within these apps, the new objects appear as "custom objects" that can be linked directly to the new HubSpot library objects.

With the new Sales Performance environment, sales leaders finally get one central place to track team results and discover growth opportunities. No more separate spreadsheets or fragmented dashboards all important sales data now comes together in one easy-to-read interface.

With Sales Performance, you now have one place where you can instantly see who is on track, which deals are at risk and where opportunities exist to improve results.
How it works
In HubSpot, go to Sales > Sales Performance to get started.

Sales Performance combines insight and action in one environment. You can see at a glance how your team is performing, make immediate adjustments and coach better - without wasting time on data collection.

The new Sales Performance feature is available to users with Sales Hub Professional or Sales Hub Enterprise, provided they have a Sales Seat assigned.
HubSpot is making building dashboards and reports a lot easier with Recommended Templates. This new feature provides smart template recommendations in two places: in the Dashboard Template Library and during the Report Creation process.
Why this is important
Setting up good reports can be time-consuming especially if you don't know where to start or which template best suits your goals. Thanks to these recommendations, from now on you will get instant suggestions that fit your data and usage patterns. This will help you build relevant dashboards and reports faster, without having to search or start from scratch.

The recommendations are dynamic and continuously adapt to your usage. The more you work in HubSpot, the better the templates fit your needs.

With the new Sales Meeting Notetaker, sales meetings can be automatically recorded, written out and stored in HubSpot. This eliminates the need for your team to worry about taking notes during customer calls and allows all their attention to be fully focused on the customer.
Why this is important
Sales meetings are often packed with valuable information, but taking notes manually means distraction AND the risk of missing important details. With Sales Meeting Notetaker, every conversation is automatically captured, summarized and stored in HubSpot. This creates a complete overview of the content immediately after the meeting, including transcript and action points. Perfect for follow-up, coaching and team insights.
Here's how it works
Admins can enable the feature via Settings > Tools > Calling > Meetings > Meeting Notetaker.
The notetaker supports Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The transcription language is automatically determined based on the language settings of the meeting captions.
Why this is useful for your team
Sales Meeting Notetaker ensures that no detail is lost. Reps can focus entirely on the conversation, while HubSpot takes care of the notes. Managers gain valuable context for coaching and can better analyze team conversations.
